The simplest ways of of bringing healthy daylight inside is to change either lamps or bulbs to closely match the changes made by natural sunlight throughout the day.

Numerous lamps offer you control over what kind of daylight (morning wake up, work concentration, relaxation, sleep preparation) you want through:

1)Temperature Control (commonly understood as “color” such as blue/white, red/yellow)

2)Intensity Control (usually viewed as brightness level).
